When contacting Vert Group, we request that the User fills in the mandatory items (name, company name, name of affiliated association or group, name of the person in charge, phone number, website URL, URL to be linked to, type of link and reason for wishing to link the Website) after having carefully read, understood and agreed to act in accordance with the following conditions.

As a general rule, Vert Group will respond within 2 weeks in relation to the outcome of the request.

Any person wishing to establish a link using the Vert Group logo must specify this intent when contacting Vert Group.

Linking to the Website prior to receiving permission from the person in charge of the application is prohibited.

Logo Usage

Please use a text link or a link that uses the official Vert Group logo. This can be requested or downloaded from the branding section.

Vert Group will send the logo data when approving the request to link the Website.

• As a standard, the link will be directed to our Top Page.

In the case where the User desires to link an alternate page on the Website. 

The User must clearly state the URL of the alternate page that it wishes to establish a link to.

• Vert Group reserves the rights to make changes and/or delete content and/or URLs at any time without notice.
• Any private information obtained when making the application to link to the Website, will be appropriately managed in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Vert Group does not permit links from the following sites:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Absolute prohibition on all platforms; often reported to law enforcement.
• Non-consensual Intimate Imagery ("Revenge Porn"): Explicit sexual imagery shared without consent.
• Adult Content: Pornographic websites, including those featuring simulated sexual activity or extreme, violent pornography.

7.2. Violence, Gore, and Terrorism

• Violent Extremism: Content produced by or in support of terrorist organizations, including recruitment or propaganda.
• Graphic/Gory Content: Content intended to shock or disgust, such as real-world violence, gore, or graphic injuries.
• Illegal Acts: Content promoting murder, kidnapping, or serious physical harm.

7.3. Hate Speech and Dangerous Content

• Hate Speech: Websites promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
• Dangerous Activities: Content instructing on the creation of weapons (e.g., bombs) or encouraging self-harm.

7.4. Illegal Goods and Fraudulent Services

7.5. Intellectual Property and Security Risks

• Copyright Infringement: Links to torrent sites or services that provide illegal access to copyrighted content (films, music, software).
• Hacked Content: Sites distributing stolen, sensitive, or private information (doxxing).

In the case where Vert Group requests the link to be removed, the link must be removed immediately.

Third party controlled sites which link to the Website are not under the management or control of Vert Group and Vert Group will not be liable in the case where any legal or statutory occurs in relation to these third party sites.

As Vert Group develops its own technology, any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material provided to Vert Group by the User shall be handled as follows:

8.1. Vert Group does not accept any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material with the exception of the case whereby Vert Group officially submits a public request for a proposal.

8.2. Vert Group does not accept any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material by electronic mail or postal mail.

8.3. Regardless of the aforementioned, in the event where Vert Group receives any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material by electronic mail or postal mail, it will be understood that the User who sent the suggestion, idea, proposal or other material to Vert Group, has clearly understood, accepted and agreed to the following conditions:

• 8.3.1. Any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material which is submitted to Vert Group is on a non-confidential basis. Vert Group bears no obligation of confidentiality.
• 8.3.2. Vert Group is not obligated to accept, investigate or evaluate any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material.
• 8.3.3. In the event whereby a Vert Group product or service which is announced to the public, resembles or is identical to all or part of any suggestion, idea, proposal or other material which was sent to Vert Group, Vert Group is neither liable in any manner whatsoever, nor obligated to make any compensation payment, to the User or any third party.

The following acts are prohibited when using the Website:

• Any act which leads to loss or damage to Vert Group or any third party.
• Criminal acts or any act that is linked with criminal activity
• Business or sales activities without explicit consent from Vert Group
• Any act of sabotage including the spreading of computer viruses.
• Submission of applications, notifications, reports or any other communications using a false or fraudulent email address, or an email address belonging to a third person or party.
• Any act which Vert Group deems as inappropriate.

The Website may alter or delete published content at any time without notice.

While due care is exercised, Vert Group does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of information or material published on the Website.

Vert Group shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User which may arise from using or not being able to use the Website.

The Terms and Conditions and the User’s use of the Websites shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.  The User irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa in regard to all matters arising from these Terms and Conditions or the User’s use of the Websites.
